An unused defective cartridge or other product dealing with any mechanical parts in original packaging with a fully legible product label and batch number may be exchanged for a new one or another product of equal value.
No exchange will be excepted for flower purchases, edible purchases, or concentrate purchases. Management will listen to any complaints on said products and do what they can. No exchange is guaranteed.
Defective products must be returned within 72 hours.
All sales on all products are final
